  This is the best supermarket on the East Coast. I am seriously not kidding. If the selection seems limited it is because they only carry the good stuff. If it seems expensive it is because the good stuff is not cheap, but the good stuff will cost you less here than anywhere else.

  Excellent place to shop for fruits and vegetables. The organic choices abound. The prices are moderate considering how much organic food cost at other places.

  Old World Food Market is the best place to go on a Sunday after church when you don't feel like cooking..The food buffet is always to perfection but it's a little pricey but it's worth it all in the end.
