  I joined last summer to get in shape and learn more about kickboxing as a sport. Since then I can say I have tremendously improved and have learned a lot. Great place, wonderful people and amazing instructors! Highly suggest for anyone who needs motivation to get in shape but also have fun while doing it!!!

  I have been going to 5150 since I was 5 and a half. Now, I’m almost 7. In the beginning, I was nervous and scared to take class, but Sensei Irene is so nice and she made me feel comfortable. Professor is so silly; he makes all of the kids laugh Andrea makes sure we have a good time while learning. My class is so much fun and I have made a lot of new friends.
