  Been working with Ben for more than one year. Fabulous training by knowledgeable instructors who continuously make training fun, safe and productive while pushing each individual to meet their goals. Ben and George make an excellent team and work with me to schedule around my busy career and hectic lifestyle. They offer advice on good nutrition and 'out-of-gym" exercises. Highly recommend this program.

  I have been working with Ben at Rivertowns Personal Training Company for the last month and have loved it! I always leave his workouts with more energy than I started - even at the end of a long workday. Even though its only been a month I have already lost 8 inches off my frame and I cant wait to see where the next month takes me. The gym itself is very friendly - all the trainers are enthusiastic and supportive of you whether you are their client or not making the atmosphere very welcoming even if you are a beginner. I would highly recommend Rivertowns Personal Training!
